1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a hat placement on IWearYourHat.Net you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.
2. Service Overview
Brands or individuals may send hats for Noel to wear as part of a paid promotional service.
Pricing is determined by the date selected: $1 on January 1, 2026, increasing by $1 per day until $365 on December 31, 2026.
Days are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved without payment.
3. Payment & Processing
Payment Method: Only mailed cashier's checks will be accepted.
Mailing Address will be provided with Invoice
Checks must be received within 10 days of receiving Invoice.
Failure to provide payment on time may result in forfeiting the reserved date.
No Refunds allowed.
4. Hat Requirements
Hat(s) must be shipped along with the corresponding cashier's check payment within 10 days of receiving the invoice to prevent delays in processing. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the reserved date. No exceptions.
Hat(s) must be clean, wearable, and appropriate for public display.
Offensive, defamatory, illegal or political branding will not be accepted.
Hat(s) will be worn for the designated day(s) only and returned only if prepaid shipping is provided.
5. No Guarantees on Visibility
The promotion consists of Noel wearing the hat(s) as agreed.
While efforts may be made to showcase hats via social media or other platforms, visibility and reach are not guaranteed.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Once a date(s) is purchased, it cannot be changed or transferred.
Cancellations are allowed within 30 days of payment receipt, but no refunds will be issued upon cancellation.
7. Liability & Indemnification
Noel and IWearYourHat.Net are not responsible for lost or damaged hats during transit.
No liability is assumed for any business or financial outcomes resulting from participation in this service.
Brands acknowledge that participation is at their own risk.
8. Modifications to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
